In
Ramallah the Opening and Closing ceremonies will take place at
the Ramallah Cultural Palace. The main festival screening site
is Al-Kasaba Theatre. Lectures and workshops will be held at
Shashat’s office, the British Council and the Franco-German
Cultural Center. Additional screenings and lectures will also
be held at Birzeit University. Special day-time screenings for
High School students will be especially arranged at Al-Kasaba.
In
Bethlehem Shashat is co-operating with the Bethlehem Peace
Center. Opening and Closing ceremonies will take place there as
well as screenings and workshops. Special daytime screening
will also be arranged for High School students. Additional
screenings and lectures will take place at Bethlehem University
and the Ibda` Center in the Dheisheh Refugee Camp.
In
Nablus, the screenings, lectures and workshops will take place
at An-Najah National University, the largest Palestinian
University, and will be directed at its significant student
body.
